SMS Bookings - Additional Options

Optional functionality to create SMS bookings has been added to the system. You can now book create bookings with the options of:
1. Adding the number of hours 
2. Adding booking code AND the number of hours.

ACAM ANNUAL LEAVE ALLOCATION 2024

The annual leave for ACAM in 2024 has been added to the system.  All users should check that the entitlement added is correct. Any issues should be reported to your Station Commander.

GARTAN USER REPORTING SYSTEM

A new reporting system is now in place, if you wish to report an issue with Gartan please read the Gartan System User Request article which can be found on the iHub Retained Duty System page under RDS News, this article will direct you to the new procedure.

GDPR Protocols for Passwords

To conform to GDPR you will not be able to access the Gartan system using your PIN, you will be required to change your password and should be taken to the change password screen which gives advice on the configuration required for the new password.  If you are having difficulty accessing the Gartan system, please contact your local admin team for assistance.
